How long will delivery take?
We offer competitive delivery rates based on shipment size and destination. For local Pakistan deliveries, we provide special discounted logistics. For our clients all shipping charges are calculated transparently at the time of order confirmation.

All receipts are shared via email and WhatsApp after your order is processed. You can also request a copy from our customer support team at any time.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
Currently, we do not provide “gift receipts” as this is a B2B wholesale trade platform, but you can request customized invoices with your company details if required.
How long do I have to return an order?
If your product is damaged, mismatched, or does not meet specifications, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process.
